Stay Still Awhile Properties – Terms & Conditions Applies to: Stay Still The Annex, Dalston & Stay Still Cosy Home, Carlisle
1. Booking and Payment Terms
- A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking.
- The balance is due 14 days before arrival.
- Bookings made within 14 days of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- We accept payment via bank transfer or secure online payment (details provided at booking).
- Prices include all utilities, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Full refund for cancellations up to 10 days before check-in.
- 50% refund for cancellations between 3 and 10 days before check-in.
- No refund for cancellations within 3 days of check-in.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in from 3:00pm
- Check-out by 10:00am
- Self check-in only.
- Instructions will be provided before arrival.
- Early check-in may be available upon request but must be agreed in advance. Additional fees may apply.
- Late check-out may be available upon request but must be agreed in advance. Additional fees may apply.
4. House Rules
- No smoking inside the property.
- No parties, events or unregistered guests.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am.
- No pets allowed without prior permission and written consent. Additional fees may apply.
- Please respect our neighbours and the surrounding community.
5. Property Use
- The property is for residential use only.
- No illegal activity is permitted on the premises.
- Please ensure children are supervised, especially in areas with low ceilings or stairs.
- Guests are responsible for securing the property during their stay.
6. Damages and Breakages
- Please report any damage or breakages as soon as they occur. We reserve the right to charge for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
- If a security deposit has been paid, we may deduct the cost of repairs from it.
7. Liability and Insurance
- We do not accept liability for accidents, injuries, loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Guests are advised to arrange their own travel insurance.
8. Guest Responsibilities
- Please treat the property and its contents with care.
- Leave the property tidy on departure. A full clean is not required
- Ensure all lights are switched off
- Lock windows and doors
- Return keys to the key box before leaving, where applicable.
9. Host Cancellation
In the unlikely event we must cancel your booking (e.g. due to emergency repairs or circumstances beyond our control), we will:
- Offer a full refund
- Assist in finding alternative accommodation if possible
10. Force Majeure
We cannot be held liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather, public health emergencies, strikes, natural disasters).
11. Privacy
- We respect your privacy and comply with data protection laws.
- Personal information provided for your booking will be stored securely and used only for the purposes of managing your stay.
- We will not share or sell your data to third parties.
12. Agreement
By placing a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you are booking on behalf of others, you accept responsibility for ensuring all guests understand and comply with these terms.
